Payment

Full payment, including any applicable taxes, is required before the conference begins. MERGE reserves the right to deny entry for any unpaid registrations.

On the day of the event, we may accept registrations based on availability. If you choose to register on-site, you will be required to pay the full price via online bank transfer to secure your seat and gain access to the event.

Confirmation

One of MERGE's representatives will confirm your booking via email. If you have not received our response within 48 hours of making the booking, please contact info@mergevents.com

Travel & Accommodation

Speakers, delegates, and sponsors are responsible for organizing and covering the costs of their own travel and lodging.

Agenda Changes

At any time before the event date, it may be necessary to make changes to the event agenda, including the content, timing, speakers, date, or venue, due to circumstances beyond our control.

External speakers are accountable for the content presented in their respective sessions. The views expressed by the speakers do not necessarily reflect those of MERGE. Speakers at MERGE will strive to ensure that the information they provide is accurate and valid.

Photography, Filming and Sound Recording

MERGE captures photos during its summits and events. These images will be utilized by MERGE for marketing and informational purposes related to the events, and they may appear in both print and digital promotional materials. Additionally, photos may be shared on MERGE’s social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube. All attendees—such as speakers, sponsors, and press representatives—should be aware that they may be unintentionally included in recordings, films, or photographs. Safety and Security

MERGE will implement safety and security measures at the venue. However, individuals and companies are responsible for their own personal belongings and exhibition stands. MERGE will not be liable for any items that are lost or stolen during the conference.

Delegates are strongly encouraged to keep their personal belongings with them at all times throughout the event. MERGE cannot accept liability for any lost or stolen items during the conference.

ASSUMPTION OF THE RISK attending a MERGE event. I acknowledge and understand the following:

• Participation at the event includes possible exposure to and illness from infectious diseases including but not limited to COVID-19. While particular rules and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious illness and death does exist;

• I knowingly and freely assume all such risks related to illness and infectious diseases, such as COVID-19, even if arising from the negligence or fault of the organisers, venue or associated stakeholders; and

• I hereby knowingly assume the risk of injury, harm and loss associated with attending the event, including any injury, harm and loss caused by the negligence, fault or conduct of any kind on the part of the organisers, venue or associated stakeholders.
